Baked Trout with Lemon Sauce

If you are both an avid RV camper and angler, this recipe will appeal to you.
Not only it is simple, but flavourful with fresh-squeezed lemon and fresh-cracked peppercorns.
Use your next catch for this recipe and bake it over your campfire or BBQ!
Ingredients
2 filets of your catch of the day
¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper, to taste
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
For the lemon sauce:
¼ cup butter or vegan butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat your BBQ to 375 degrees F or start your campfire. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminium foil.
Place your filets on the foil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the green onions and parsley over the top.
Combine the melted butter, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
Place the filets on the BBQ or over the campfire. Bake for 20 or 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Baste the fish with the lemon sauce several times while it bakes.
Serve the fish drizzled with any remaining sauce.
